William Frederick Cody, familiarly called as Buffalo Bill, was born on Febraury 26th, 1836 in Le Claire, Iowa. He was an American scout and bison hunter who killed 4,282 American bisons in eighteen months. Cody had also served as a soldier during the civil war and as chief of scouts for the third cavalry during the plains wars. He passed away on January 10th, 1917. This is his autobiography.
